Quality Policy

Despite the image of Quality that APEMETA – Portuguese Association of Environmental Technology Companies has already conquered, given its status as Public Utility, relevance and experience in the Environment sector, APEMETA has as concern the increase of its representativeness and the increase of recognition as a privileged agent of the business sector of the environment, acting to this end in the permanent improvement of the quality of its services, in order to better serve and to fully meet the requirements, needs, requirements and expectations of its stakeholders, as well as in achieving the objectives of the Association.

APEMETA recognizes Quality Management as an essential factor for increasing its representativeness and effectiveness of its intervention with stakeholders, aiming at a greater consolidation of the environment sector, and for this purpose APEMETA should subordinate its orientation by the following principles:

  • Alignment of the Quality Management System with the organization’s Strategy;
  • Increased stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Commitment of employees in improving processes;
  • Treatment of risks and opportunities focusing on continuous improvement;
  • Compliance with requirements;
  • Fact-based decisions (monitoring).
