Jorge Rodrigues de Almeida:
Managing Director da RdA Climate Solutions.
Licenciado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica pela Universidade de Coimbra, estando envolvido desde 2003 em diversos projetos nas áreas da energia e investimento sustentável.
Foi responsável por vários projetos nacionais e internacionais, nomeadamente como Diretor do European Local ENergy Assistance (ELENA) do Banco de Investimento Europeu em Portugal e Diretor Europeu do Investor Confidence Project. Atualmente é responsável pelo Matchmaking entre investidores e cidades no âmbito da European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities (EIP-SCC).
Rui Sebastian:
Licenciado em Engenharia do Ambiente pela Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, participou em vários projetos internacionais nas áreas das energias renováveis marinhas, da eficiência energética no edificado e das alterações climáticas.
No BCSD Portugal integra a equipa de implementação do projeto ESI Europe, como ponto de contacto nacional.
 
Daniel Magallon
Daniel Magallon is a sustainable energy technology, financial, and market specialist with many years of experience implementing projects in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa for private and public organizations.
Daniel has led BASE, a Swiss-based organization dedicated to scaling up investments and finance in climate change solutions, since 2007. His work focuses on developing market-based business models and financial mechanisms.
Some of the projects and business models that Daniel has been working on include the “Energy Savings Insurance” model currently in implementation in Latin America, Asia and Europe, “the “Financing RE through remittances project”, and the “Cooling as a Service” model, which has been recognized by the Global Innovation Lab in 2019. Furthermore, Daniel has been developing innovative financing strategies for electric buses, minigrids, LED street lighting, CHP, energy efficiency, PV, wind, cogeneration, geothermal among others.
Daniel holds an MSc. in Renewable Energy (Spain, Germany), with a specialization in hybrid systems and mini-grids, an MBA with a specialization in finance and a BSc. Civil Engineering.
